Therapeutic online group "My Relationship"
A group for those who :
Has a lot of questions about relationships .
Who is in the process of breaking up or in the process of creating a relationship .
Who are already after a breakup and are afraid to build a relationship.
"Everything we get in life as experiences that we use to live - we get from relationships. Relationships with yourself are also an important foundation in how you build relationships with others."
The group is led by Anna Karpinska, relationship expert, certified psychologist, sexologist consultant, member of the National Psychological Association of Ukraine, and the International Association of Sexologists and Psychologists.
Meeting Conditions :
- Women 25 years and older
- There are at least 5 meetings planned. (5 more meetings to follow)
- 1 time a week from 19:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time)
- Online (ZOOM)
In the group you will be able to:
Consider your patterns of behaviour in relationships, your feelings, the participants can reflect to you how it works in reality.
We will learn to build relationships in such a way that we can see the outcome that is important to us.
We will be in a safe space to practice communicating, raise confidence and self-esteem.
An important part of the work will be the practice of sexuality awareness, the development of one's abilities and values.
The great merit of the group is that there will be different opinions and different reactions, different experiences and stories of real people - this brings the group work closer to real life. This brings the group work closer to real life.
Working in a group will allow you to practise the skills of building green relationships.
Sincerity, openness and desire to develop are supported in the group! Any kind of manifestations will be possible in the group.
We will learn how to respond correctly to manipulation, conflicts. I will tell the secrets of building relationships in detail and from different sides. I am ready to share my experience and knowledge.
