For the first time in one edition: practices that will help a woman find support within herself.
Only what is real, tested, and deep.

The book “Ideal Collection of Practices for Women” is a gentle and soft invitation to pause, take a breath, and remember yourself.

Together with wonderful co-authors, we created this book that will gently lead you to the mirror — where you’ll see your true self.
The one you might have forgotten. Warm. Wise.
A woman with shining eyes.

About me

I am glad to welcome you on my website.

I am a practicing psychologist and I help my clients to solve problems in personal relationships, individual development and professional growth.

Working on yourself is the most ecological and correct way to self-development. By expanding your thinking, you give yourself many options to live your life better, more interesting, brighter.
Often our unconscious feelings guide our deeds, actions, behavioural scenarios. And to change it, you need to realise what is happening, to realise the kind of these feelings and then from the realisation to change what brings inconvenience.
The construction is not complicated, but the human psyche is interesting, strong, and uses different kinds of defences. It is also dealt with in the work.
When you know this mechanism, there is an opportunity to change this.
During my practice I have done more than 3000 hours of counselling, personal therapy and supervision, which makes my work ecological and professional.
In my work I am guided by the principles of confidentiality.

Group therapy

I run therapy groups to work on important client needs. Group therapy has a great advantage – in a safe space a group of people can learn to build contacts, with external support, learn to receive and give support, set boundaries.

Couples therapy

Couples therapy is suitable when the enquiry is about a relationship and the outcome does not depend on one person’s decisions and actions. In couples counselling you will be able to see each other from the outside and hear each other in real language.

F.A.Q

Here you can read how psychological counselling is provided.
Perhaps you will find answers to your questions.
  • Understand your desires.
  • It’s easy to meet new people.
  • Mutual understanding in relationships.
  • Don’t be afraid of your emotions in difficult moments.
  • Know how to say NO when you need to.
  • It’s easy to make tough decisions.

The answer to this question depends on many factors, and most of them are your pace of disclosure, performance of techniques, and the resistance of your psyche in dealing with the enquiry. The psychologist/psychotherapist intends to go at the client’s pace, it is ecological and efficient. I would pay special attention to the topic of the enquiry, often the enquiry is not real and the client changes it in the course of the work, and as a rule the work goes deeper and it is impossible to set a framework, but it is always possible to discuss intermediate frameworks, which is what I do.

I work within the framework of the analytical approach and Jungian analysis. The main idea of this direction is based on the theory of interaction between conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche. In the process of therapy, mutual enrichment of the conscious and unconscious parts of the client’s personality is organised, which leads to the expansion of his/her abilities and recovery from painful and crisis states. I am also a consultant in the method of positive psychotherapy N. Pezeshkian, cognitive-behavioural therapy, sexologist-consultant, which enriches the possibilities of solving the issues with which you come to me for consultation. I look at each person as a separate personality with its own structure, its own method of perception of information, its own pace of discovery. This is helped by my mastery of various techniques and methods of work.

What is CBT in simple terms? What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps people identify and change unhelpful habits related to thinking, behaviour and relationships and replace them with more helpful ones. It is the best method for dealing with depression. CBT provides a reduction in the symptoms of depression both as a stand-alone treatment and in combination with appropriate medications. CPT provides positive changes in the patient’s false ideas and beliefs that led to the development of depression.

The “C” stands for “cognitive” (your thoughts): in CBT, you learn to notice negative thoughts. For example, you learn to think critically about negative or undesirable thoughts such as “I’m worthless” or “It won’t work out”. Instead, you learn to think more positively and realistically, such as, “What evidence do I have that this is true?” or “How else can I look at this situation?” or “What would I advise a friend in this situation?”.

“P” stands for “behavioural” (your actions): your behaviour is what you do and how you act. CPT can help you deal with things you have been avoiding or fearing. During CPT, you can keep a diary and write down everything you do during the day and set yourself a goal to try things you are afraid to do. Writing down goals and activities will record achievements and help you track progress.

The “T” stands for “therapy” (your new skills and habits): during CPT you will learn new skills which you can then practise as “homework”.Once you have completed your CPT course you can continue to practise these skills which will help you to maintain your wellbeing in the future.

The idea behind the method is that a positive view of the human being stems from the fact that every human being, from birth, has two basic abilities: the ability to know and the ability to love. Both of them are closely interconnected with each other: the development of one contributes to the process of development of the other, and facilitates it.This is the main statement on which the concept of man is based in positive psychotherapy. The human being is inherently good and subconsciously strives for goodness. Pezeshkian positive psychotherapy is also based on the belief that all people are endowed with everything they need to live a happy life. Everyone has access to an inexhaustible source of life, which can be used for their individual fulfilment and personal growth. All the most valuable things are inside a person and, like seeds, mature throughout life – this is the Creator’s plan. The scientist said that each person is a mine full of precious stones. And one of the tasks is to find this precious treasure and to raise it outwards from the depths of the human soul. It is necessary to show this treasure to the world through the use of talents and natural abilities, thanks to which full self-realisation of a person is possible. The basis of satisfaction in life is the fulfilment of one’s life purpose.

Freedom is oxygen for the soul.

Free yourself from the shackles of trauma and negative experiences of the past.
